The purpose of health data is to provide correct health care.
These will only be accessed by healthcare professionals and employees of administrative services in strict compliance with their legal functions. Data regarding food restrictions and allergies will be accessed by the kitchen manager for the correct planning and preparation of food.
Data processing is based on the contractual relationship and the collection of consent for the processing of health data.
The data may be transmitted to:
– Organization of the IX ADMA International Congress.
– Insurance companies, within the scope and for the purpose of contracting insurance;
– Entities and authorities to whom personal data must be communicated due to legal obligation;
– Subcontractors, when it is necessary for an entity to process data on behalf of the Salesianos Foundation and in accordance with the instructions provided by it.
The requested data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the organization of the IX ADMA International Congress.
The person responsible for processing the data is Fundação Salesianos (FS), which appointed Best Privacy Consulting, Unipessoal, Lda., represented by Ana Fazendeiro, as Data Protection Officer.

The images and voice captured during the organization of the IX ADMA International Congress may be published on social networks, websites, streaming platforms, or any other FS audiovisual and communication channels and may be used to publicize the said event, and/or in production of audiovisual content alluding to the Salesian Family.
These records will be kept for as long as necessary to continue dissemination and subsequently archived for historical purposes.
